Kitty is growing up

Kitty is now five weeks old

and has been checked by the vet,

and she is doing just fine.

she is definitely a girl.

she is very, very active.

kittens are amazing

we are so amazed at the changes

in Kitty in just four short weeks.

from a teeny tiny ball of fur

to a creature that runs, plays,

eats from a dish,

finds and uses a litter box....

and loves us back.

that's the very best thing.

a month later....

Kitty has been with us for a month today.

yesterday she ate her first food out of a bowl

instead of a bottle.

today she ate almost as much as she got

on her face. almost.

Kitty also uses a litter box pretty well.

and can run really really fast.

go, Kitty, go!

Kitty sleeping

Kitty spends quite a bit of her time asleep.

(we think Kitty's a girl)

She sleeps in many positions,

but our favorite is Kitty sleeping on her back.

Kitty enjoys a good stretch, too.

oh, and Kitty is walking quite a bit.

and will soon be drinking from a dish instead of a bottle.

slow down, Kitty! don't grow up too fast.

Kitty will be three weeks old tomorrow.
